We manufacture Expanded Sheet Saw Systems to accurately cut panels to length.  The fully automatic systems accurately cut expanded honeycomb panels 1" to 10" thick, 84" wide & up to 240" long with an accuracy of +/- .5mm.  This system can work "lights out".

Block Saw Systems accurately cut aluminum honeycomb blocks to length.  The fully automatic systems accurately cut compressed aluminum honeycomb block 1" to 2.5" thick, 37" wide & 84" long.  The blocks are stack 7 high, & the cuts are adjustable from 3/16" to 3" wide.  This system can work "lights out".

Our Aeration Systems handle lengths from 24" to 170".  They are designed to break the surface tension on the phonic resins & enable proper coating of each honeycomb structure. This process is done utilizing very high-velocity airflow directed to each honeycomb internal structure.

Dip Systems handle lengths from 24" to 170".  They are designed to increase the column strength of the honeycomb panels by slowly lowering & raising the panels within a tank of phonic resins.  This process is done after the panels are heated & compressed & then expanded to open the honeycomb structure.  Due to the specific project parameters, this system may dip from 1 to 7 times to obtain the coating thickness desired.
